We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full time Bar and Gaming Supervisor. This is your chance to become a valuable leader of a passionate and supportive team and take an exciting and positive step in your career development.
As a supervisor you will play a vital role in the Club's ongoing success. You will ensure a high standard of customer relations within Bar and Gaming, whilst providing leadership, training and motivation to the team.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven ability to effectively and efficiently supervise a team;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills;
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service;
- Proven ability to work well under pressure;
- Experience in conflict resolution;
- Previous experience working within a Bar and/or Gaming;
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Services of Gambling (RSG) together with significant working experience;
- Excellent grooming; and
- Proven reliability with the ability to work a rotational roster (including evenings, weekends and public holidays).
