KimberleyAccommodation group are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bar Supervisorto join the team at Kimberley Hotel.
It is located in the stunningKimberley region of North-west Western Australia. Our venueconsists of an 80-roomhotel with a la carte restaurant, 3 bars (sports, cocktail & saloon) andbistro dining alongside a 100 Single person quarter camp and associatedcatering arrangement with a local resource company. The kitchen demand is indicative of the seasonalnature of trade in the Kimberley, so flexibility to manage budgets during thistime is highly essential.
Most of the up to 50 staff also live on-siteand this is the only pub in the town of over 1,500 residents plus a seasonaltourist trade. Make no mistake, this is a very busy hotel and fun place tolive, work, experience and explore the beautiful Kimberley region.

This is a hands-on role within our busy venue,so you must be passionate, customer-centric, display an excellent work ethic andlead by example.
The successful candidates must possess:
· Experiencein food and beverage service
· Experiencein training and coaching other employees
· Greatleadership qualities and people management skills
· Administrativeskills (ordering, rostering, stock control etc)
· Strongcommunication skills
· Thriveunder pressure and in a fast-paced environment
· CurrentRSA and Approved Manager License WA
· Strongcustomer focus and a passion for customer service (can-do attitude)
· Wellpresented, enthusiastic team player
Key Responsibilities:
· Servingfood and beverages to patrons.
· Supervisingand training bar attendants ensuring compliance with company and governmentpolicies in relation to health, safety and licensing laws
· Cashhandling including operating tills, banking, reconciling tills
· Greetingguests and taking guest reservations
· Recordingand maintaining stock levels
· Assistingwith staff roster
· Activelypromote products and services
· Cleaningand maintaining bar service areas
