Key responsibilities for this position include:
Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to a high standard
Developing new and innovative recipes
Ensuring that food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times
Managing inventory and ordering supplies. Stock control and Stock Rotation
Collaborating with other members of the team to deliver an exceptional dining
experience.
The position Requires
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success within a similar role or
work environment.
Have a right to work in Australia
Previous experience (at least 2 years) in a similar role with references
Must be fully available over a 7-day roster
Be able to work under pressure
Be a team player
Highly organized and efficient
The candidate must also have a strong communication skill and show attention to detail and
