We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable individual in Real Estate to join our team as a BDM. The ideal candidate will be able to proactively work towards KPIs and targets, performing well under pressure. This is a full-time position in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, perfect for someone who loves Real Estate and Property Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting (cold calling) for new property management listings
- Adhering to set weekly and monthly KPIs and targets
- Proactively identifying potential new clients
- Establishing and maintaining the client database
- Creating and maintaining a qualified pipeline of business
- Maintaining an accurate, up-to-date record of all rental property appraisals and new property management listings obtained
- Assisting and attending Property Management open homes
- Preparing and conducting in-going reports, when required
Requirements:
- Previous Property Management or Sales experience, with a focus on achieving targets/KPIs
- Prior experience in Real Estate, particularly in Property Management, Sales, or New Business
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong objection handling skills
- Confidence – assertive yet professional and friendly
- High-level knowledge of the relevant local area
- Strong follow-up skills
- Ability to thrive in a professional and fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset
- Presentable appearance
- Must have a driver’s license and full-time access to a car
