About the Role
We are seeking an experienced FULL TIME RECEPTIONIST to join our friendly team.
Your day to day will include, but is not limited to:
- Phone management including answering incoming calls and directing to the correct contact
- Providing information to enquiries
- General inbox management including responding to and forwarding emails
- Provide support and administrative assistance as directed
- Welcome guests to the office
Skills & Experience
To be successful for this opportunity we prefer the following qualities: -
- Ideally a minimum 12 months receptionist experience preferably in real estate
- Current property management license
- Current drivers license
- Good presentation and excellent communication skills.
- Team player & someone that is satisfied helping others achieve their best
- Having experience with Property Me software will be looked upon favorably
