BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
About the role
We want a driven candidate to join our team to take our rental division to the next level and grow with the business. The successful BDM or Personal Assistant candidate must be positive, energetic and excited by the challenge of supporting our leading organisation. Need to grow the current portfolio through prospecting and generating new leads. We are looking for a long-term, committed addition to our high-performing, motivated team of professionals.
The successful applicant should meet the following attributes and requirements:
- Grow company portfolio monthly by prospecting and generating new leads.
- Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.
- Retention of current client base
- Maintain accurate records of all lease and prospecting activities.
- Providing content for social media.
- Liaising effectively with tenants and rental providers.
- Prospecting and managing other tasks.
- Keep abreast of best practices in the market and communicate trends back to the business.
- Providing A-Z with month-on-month business performance reports.
Skills Required
- · Complete prospecting tasks to generate appraisals and listing opportunities
- Professional qualifications in Property (Real Estate/Cert IV)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills and follow through on all tasks
- A genuine passion and interest in working long-term in a growing real estate business
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s licence
- Current Police check

- Passion for the Industry
- An Agent Representative Certificate
- Full-time availability
- Your own car and driver's license
- Positive attitude, driven & extremely keen to learn.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage workflow
- Great work ethic involving a mixture of accuracy, efficiency, initiative and enthusiasm
- Customer service focus with a positive and can-do attitude
Tasks & responsibilities
- Door Knocking and fixing appointments
- Cold calling/database calls
- Prepare listing kits and marketing properties
- Prepare marketing kits and sales appraisals
- Managing advertising schedules
- Database management
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting at auction opens and inspections
- Attending sales meetings and training sessions
