What the role involves:
- Diary/Calendar Management
- Organising documentation and liaising with Sales Agents and Vendors.
- Event organization and managing Steven's schedules
- Completing some of Steven's personal tasks eg. Coffee ordering/Shopping etc
- Liasing with various external stakeholders eg conveyancers, tradesman and solicitors
- Preparing all necessary documentation for reports
- Maintaining social media database and CRM
What our ideal candidate would look like:
- Prior Administration experience
- Real Estate Experience (not essential)
- Knowledge using Outlook
- Experience with Trello (not essential)
- Ability to work efficient and to be prepared at all times
- Willing to go the extra mile for clients
