Our culture celebrates diversity and prioritises wellbeing and belonging, ensuring our people can thrive.About The Role:BKI is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Beauty Teacher with experience in all beauty areas including facials, massage, microdermabrasion, eyelash extensions, make-up, and spray tanning to join our Creative Industries team at Cremorne.The key responsibility of this role is to deliver quality, engaging and innovative vocational training, across the Certificate III in Beauty Services and Diploma of Beauty Therapy. You will also be required to conduct competency-based assessments in a range of settings including the classroom, training salon, workplace, and online environments. • Diploma of Beauty Therapy
• 3 years industry experience within the Beauty industry
• Relevant industry currency
• Currently studying (enrolled and actively working towards completing TAE within two years) OR have a completed Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110) including Design & Develop Assessment tools (TAEASS502 or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B) and address Adult language, literacy and Numeracy (LLN) skills (TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A)
• Relevant vocational qualification and/or competencies at least to the level to be delivered and assessed
