About the role - We are seeking a part-time Supervisor for the Behaviour Support Room at the college. This role is 4 days / week, 6 hours /day with a 30-minute lunch break.
Key Aspects of the Role:
- Ability to interact with students by giving clear instructions and direction.
- High level of administrative skills, including keyboard and telephone skills.
- Adaptability to school based administrative policies, practices, procedures, and software packages particularly as the policies apply to Behaviour Support.
- Work with discretion, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
- Liaise promptly and efficiently with teachers as required.
- Experience in a school environment and in particular the application eMinerva is desirable but not essential.

- Effective time management skills and ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear sense of initiative and personal accountability.
- Confident in working autonomously and in a team setting to produce quality outcomes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Current Working with Children Check or the willingness to obtain.
- Genuine interest in the school, students and families within the School Community.
