Our client is currently seeking experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners who are confirmed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at the Proficient level to provide support to NDIS participants in the Canberra area!
What you will be doing:
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing NDIS participants' needs, developing evidence-based support plans, and identifying meaningful goals and strategies. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and act as an advocate for best practices.
You will also have the opportunity to mentor less experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners and build the knowledge, capacity, and strengths of those who support participants in their lives.
