- Provide supervision, training & mentoring to other PBS practitioners
- Provide positive Behaviour Support assessments & plans
- Deliver evidence-based interventions & assessments, behavioural counselling & support to a range of clients
- Provide functional, behavioural, psychometric & vocational assessments
- Achieve client defined clinical outcomes such as reducing challenging behaviour & improving quality of life
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Disability and Developmental Education or equivalent
- Full registration with the relevant membership body
- Assessed by NDIS or self-assessed as a PBS practitioner (any level) or willingness to upskill and become registered
- Demonstrated experience in providing Positive Behaviour Support to clients & a sound knowledge of the NDIS
- The ability to support and develop PBS practitioners
