Business Partner you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance diversity
and Inclusion within a large infrastructure and delivery programme whilst working within the corporate RTS business. You will provide guidance, support and collaborate with the QTMP project and lead the RTS B&I group whilst providing support and advise to integrate inclusive practices into policies, procedures and initiatives.You will lead efforts to assess and address barriers to inclusion, such as bias and discrimination. You will be the key resource for employees seeking assistance with diversity
and Inclusion- related issues.
About you- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Human Resources, Diversity and Inclusion or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in managing process delivery and implementation of diversity, equity, and Inclusion initiatives within a corporate or organisational setting.
- Strong understanding of social justice principles and their application in the workplace
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate discussions on sensitive topics and manage conflict effectively.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to diversity and Inclusion.
