Assist in delivering our Building Babies Brains (Bfor3) program to communities across the Kimberley.
The PositionThis is a Fixed-term, full-time role until 31 December 2024, with the possibility of an extension. You will deliver the program as part of the rollout of the Building Babies Brains (Bfor3) program. This program is jointly funded by the National Indigenous Australian Agency (NIAA) and Waardi Ltd and aims to benefit Kimberley parents or carers and their children. The program is currently being delivered across the Kimberley region. We are seeking someone to join our team to assist in delivering the program in conjunction with our other Program Facilitator.
About Us
Waardi Limited is a member-based organisation for traditional owners of the area that relates to the Browse LNG Precinct Project Agreement. The organisation was established in 2012 as the body to administer and manage benefits from the Browse Agreement. The Person We Seek
To be successful in this position, you will have experience and confidence in organising, presenting, and delivering training workshops and an ability to meet deadlines. An interest in engaging with families around early child development is essential. Knowledge and understanding of children’s development and well-being is preferred but not essential. Experience working with indigenous people or in an indigenous organisation is also highly regarded. Join the team to help us continue to deliver this unique and exciting program.

What We Offer
A total minimum base salary of $85,000 per annum pro rata (equivalent to $43/hr) plus Super is offered depending on your qualifications and experience. Five weeks Annual Leave (pro rata) and generous Salary Packaging benefits are also offered. Optional benefits include 17.5% Annual Leave Loading, Annual Leave travel reimbursement of $1,500 p/a and a comprehensive range of salary sacrificing benefits, including rental and Mortgage interest reimbursement.
