You must be compassionate, open to learning a new methodology for assisting people who are neurodiverse, able to use computers, able to work well in a small team, have at least a TAFE diploma, and be available for 6 weeks of part time but intensive training from April 8 - May 17. You will need food analytic and problem solving skills so you can support our students properly, excellent organizational skills with detail orientation, a knowledge of neurodiversity and the behaviours associated with learning difficulties, and strong inter-personal relationship skills.
