The Opportunity
Reporting into the Head of Commercial & Technology, This role is responsible for support and delivery of IT projects for Sigma’s retail Pharmacy network.
You will play a pivotal role in enhancing product and technology knowledge among Sigma retail team and Pharmacy members. You will be responsible for the development and execution of IT projects contributing to the success of our Franchise network with the help of software & technology.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the retail Business systems analyst to support Pharmacy applications such as POS, store ticketing systems, store loyalty programs, planogram solutions
- Contribute to all phases of project implementation including RFP, requirement gathering, implementation, testing and go-live.
- Working to SLA’s and deadlines as defined by the business for new project implementations and BAU support.
- Ability to effectively evaluate features in existing applications and extend solutions for new business requirements.
- Write acceptance criteria in collaboration with the testing team, review design and testing deliverables to ensure completeness of requirements.
- Develop knowledge materials, conduct training sessions and development of franchise partner facing user documentation.
- Working closely with Sigma retail team and members to ensure franchise compliance requirements.
We are looking for:
- A tertiary qualification in Information technology, business analysis, data, analytics, data science, computing or other related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience within Information Technology supporting Pharmacy applications is a must.
- Experience in Business Analyst activity and able to manage the whole end to end cycle.
- Experience in release management
- Ability to interpret and analyse complex technical data with high attention to detail.
