About the role
As the Sales Development Manager and face of the sales business, you will be responsible for the delivery of sales targets and quality customer engagement. Other duties will include:
- Leading and growing a sales team
- Delivering and developing sales objectives and targets
- Providing guidance, mentorship, and motivation to team members
- Ongoing networking
- Analysing and providing insights on sales activity
- Assist in the rollout of new systems and processes to enhance sales efficiency
- Fulfilling additional responsibilities as needed
Skills and experience
- Senior level experience in a Perth project builder is essential
- You will need your own car and a current driver’s licence
- Effective time management and communication skills
