We have an exciting opportunity for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our national HR team. You will support recruitment, internal communications/initiatives, events, training, and work on a variety of projects. You will be ready to learn and show initiative at every opportunity. You will share our commitment to providing exceptional HR support in line with business needs.Requirements
- Provide a variety of admin assistance for multiple areas in HR, including recruitment, internal communications, employee development, events and CSR
- Support L&D projects and initiatives
- Coordinate and organise P&C internal and external events
- Create and distribute P&C communications to key stakeholders
- Update and manage P&C SharePoint Hub
- Relevant qualifications and a commitment to continuous learning
- Excellent communication skills and ability to establish relationships and engage with stakeholders
- A proven capacity to set priorities, manage multiple projects simultaneously and respond to critical deadlines
- A growth mindset and willingness to adapt in fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and well-developed analytical skills
