We are seeking a proficient Bid Coordinator/Manager to oversee our bid process. The ideal candidate will manage bid opportunities, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure timely submission of proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify bid opportunities through market analysis.
- Coordinate bid process from document review to submission.
- Collaborate with teams for accurate cost estimation.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Maintain bid documentation and deadlines.
- Participate in bid review meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Proven bid coordination experience in Sydney's construction sector.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and contracts.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bid management software.
