We encourage diversity and aim to create an environment where our employees feel valued, respected and enabled.As the Inflight Services Specialist you will contribute to implementing our Inflight Operations and Service Strategy, and drive projects to elevate our customer and crew experience onboard. Your role will also align internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational delivery, aircraft presentation, revenue, customer satisfaction and crew engagement objectives are met.Key Responsibilities:Support inflight projects and the day-to-day inflight operational improvementsIdentify trends and recommend corrective actions, championing continuous improvementManage SLAs with third party providers and internal stakeholdersGovernance of inflight service and operations related documentation, guides and communicationMotivate, engage, empower, and support our inflight ambassador programsCollaborate with stakeholders to drive recommendations to increase ancillary revenue and improve the customer experience onboardYou’ll have:Strong operational experience within the aviation industryThe ability to autonomously drive initiatives, provide recommendations and develop processesEffective stakeholder management skills which supports internal and external partiesMeasured approach with an understanding of commercial and business requirementsExperience in delivering complex projects on time and within budgetStrong influencing, negotiation, and relationship management skillsHigh proficiency in the Microsoft office suiteInflight operational experience is strongly preferredOur BenefitsTeam members have access to heavily discounted fares to destinations all over the world – not only for team members, but for their favourite travel companions too.
