We are looking for a
Reporting Specialist to work with a leading Consulting firm based out of Melbourne.Responsibilities and Skills required include:
- Experience in configuration and generation of standard ITSM reports, Dashboards, and Metrics across the ITIL Practices using ServiceNow.
- Strong experience in designing, building, and generation of insightful reports for Service Management.
- Prior experience in generation of periodical Service Management reports such as Monthly Service Management Metrics, Service Level Reports, Monthly Service Level Trending and Insights reports etc.
- Experience with Splunk, Power BI, or similar tools, ServiceNow Administrator Certification will be an added advantage.
- Should be familiar with ITSM, ITIL Practices and understand and adhere to contractual compliance requirements associated with reporting.
