This is a Full Time, Permanent position currently based at South Melbourne with WFH/Hybrid options available.About the roleReporting to the Fleet Maintenance Coordinator, responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Manage the Logistics Support Officers allocated to Specialist Resources & Operational functions to ensure vehicles are changed over in a timely manner to support the Fleet Maintenance program. This includes staff rostering and supervision
• Assist the Fleet Maintenance Coordinator in the review of procedures and processes
• Provide the primary interface to Specialist Resources functions to enable the utilisation of any resource, by any stakeholder, at any time
• Negotiate and manage the availability of Operational Equipment as required

About youTo be considered for this position you will possess:

• Completion of a degree or relevant industry certification with proven subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experience
• Experience working in a comparative fleet or logistics environment
• Contract management experience preferable
• Conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills to enable the identification of issues and appropriate path to resolution, including timely escalation to management and interaction with appropriate stakeholders
• Current Victoria Heavy Rigid driver's license
