A bit about the role...
Reporting to the Manager Policy, Research and Tenders, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end bid management process; from conceptualisation, designing and creating the tenders and working with Group stakeholders to create compelling, unique and quality tender responses and bids. This role thrives on your creativity, acute business acumen and your capability to develop and communicate strategy.
In this role, you will oversee accurate, timely completion of tender and proposal documents ensuring alignment with procurement requests, quality standards and targets. You will work closely with the Bid Writer/Researcher and internal and external stakeholders in developing tenders.
You have outstanding project management skills and can adeptly respond to short notice activities. You have strengths in planning, collaboration and working with people to get outcomes. You have a proven track record of results with demonstrated significant tender wins.

A bit about you...
• Proven achievements in a Tender or Bid Management role within the NFP sector
• Significant experience working within Government-funded activities
• Strong knowledge of the Employment, Education and Training sectors is preferable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as a professional Bid Writer
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to deliver cost effective solutions
