You'll be at the forefront of our National Accounts / Major Projects team, partnering closely with our Bid Manager and collaborating with stakeholders across the business to deliver compelling, compliant, and high-quality proposals that make a difference.Your day will involve:
- Drive Proposal Excellence: Coordinate and help produce, package, and track proposals, ensuring we always meet submission deadlines.
- Craft Winning Responses: Prepare proposals that respond to EOI/Tender requests, adhering to the proposal process, governance approvals, and Boral Brand guidelines.
- Coordinate the Bid Process: Coordinate the bidding process from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution.
- Collaborate Effectively: Work with various stakeholders to gather essential responses for tender questionnaires.
- Stay Organised: Keep track of major projects tender tracker, key dates, and milestones, ensuring everyone stays aligned.
- Innovate and Maintain: Play a crucial role in bringing new ideas to the table and assist in developing and maintaining our proposal portal.
- Industry Experience: Demonstrated experience in a similar role within construction, engineering, or professional consultancy.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and document control, formatting, and creation.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and narrative flow.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong abilities to engage and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Detail-Oriented: An eagle eye for detail, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Multitasking Talent: A proven ability to juggle multiple demands and meet tight deadlines.
- APMP Knowledge: Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) certification or knowledge of APMP best practice bidding processes (ideal but not mandatory).
