Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Bid Coordinator to join our Business Development Centre.
The Business Development Centre is a small centre-of-excellence that leads only the largest and most strategic proposals in our business. You will work with our most senior people on the bids that matter to them most. One week you may be helping our sales and leasing teams be appointed on a high-profile building and the next you’ll be working with real estate management teams to secure large, complex property portfolios.
You’ll also play an important part in the Business Development Centre’s other key service: providing tools, templates and training to uplift the business development capability of the wider business. In this role you will have a meaningful opportunity to contribute Colliers ongoing growth.
We are looking for someone who is equally skilled in copywriting and project coordination. Proactivity, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure is a must. In return, you will have a role with variety, meaningful work and great exposure across an exciting, growing business.
Key responsibilities:
Content Creation
- Contribute to bespoke bid submissions and presentations, incorporating creative copywriting and innovative content ideas
- Review, edit and develop content, including executive summaries, team profiles and case studies
- Assist in the development of business development tools, templates and training
Project Coordination
- Coordinate the internal bid process, organising timelines, setting up meetings, folder structures and project management artefacts such as roles and responsibilities documents and action registers
- Coordinate bid input and content requirements with stakeholders across business lines, including explaining requirements and following up on inputs required from others
- Assist in the preparation of project meetings including kick-offs, workshops, ongoing management and debriefs.
Qualifications
In addition to a genuine passion for project coordination and a creative, you will have:
- Qualifications in marketing, business or communications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to think on your feet and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to multi-task
- The desire to share your enthusiasm, energy and ideas to drive success within the team and wider business.
