Clough is currently seeking Expressions of Interest for a Bid Director to join the Bidding Infrastructure Team in Brisbane! In this role, you will effectively be responsible for leading bid managers and their teams to effectively understand bid requirements, collaborate and produce compelling tenders.

Your focus will include:
- Develop, review and manage bid content, presentations and other proposal documents
- Overseeing Bid Manager and Bid Team input
- Working closely with relevant cross-functional teams to produce high quality bids
- Proactive involvement in the development and implementation of initiatives to improve the quality and cost effectiveness and system compliance to achieve success in bid submissions
What you will bring to the team:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Bid Manager or similar role within Infrastructure
- Exposure to Hydro Projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- Proven experience in leading Bids for multi-disciplined projects
- Advanced in Office 365, Adobe InDesign and Illustrator and Power Bi
