Due to continued growth, we have a new opportunity for an experienced Bid Writer / Coordinator to be based in our head office.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high quality professional written content that supports the business
- Ensure bid responses reflect the brand, market position, and capabilities
- Develop a bid writing plan and coordinate inputs with internal stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with others across all areas of the business
- Maintain source libraries, including content, CVs, project information
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to develop strategies for winning bids and staying competitive
- Provide substantive and final editing within tight timeframes
- Create and facilitate proposal kick off meetings
