Due to continued growth, we have a new opportunity for an experienced Bid Writer / Coordinator to be based in our head office.

Key Responsibilities 

• Produce high quality professional written content that supports the business
• Ensure bid responses reflect the brand, market position, and capabilities
• Develop a bid writing plan and coordinate inputs with internal stakeholders
• Work collaboratively with others across all areas of the business
• Maintain source libraries, including content, CVs, project information
• Conduct market research and analyse trends to develop strategies for winning bids and staying competitive
• Provide substantive and final editing within tight timeframes
• Create and facilitate proposal kick off meetings
