The Billing Admin is responsible for calculating & issuing utility invoices for utility customers across QLD and NSW. You will be responsible for billing accuracy and timeliness.
What will you do and bring into the role?
• Manage the end-to-end customer utility billing process of your pods’ portfolio of communities.
• Always provide a high level of customer care with a professional approach.
• Respond and effectively resolve customer enquiries and complaints relating to billing.
• Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure meter data accuracy.
• Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn billing processes and procedures, work practices and policies in particular relating to the National Energy Industry.
• Knowledge of utility energy codes and regulations & experience in a utility billing environment would be highly regarded,
• Demonstrated ability in reporting, planning, forecasting, investigations, and analysis.
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Ability to identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
• Initiative & ability to think outside the box.
