Our client is a privately owned FMCG brand who foster a culture of teamwork, inclusivity, and continuous learning. Their products are unique and are showcased in most major retail outlets across Australia. This is a newly created HR Manager position reporting into the Director. Role based onsite in Western Sydney with access to parking.
Key Responsibilities:
You will manage and support a range of HR operations tasks which will include:
- Recruiting and onboarding new employees
- Interpreting awards and managing employee contracts
- Advising on HR and employee relations
- Driving people focused projects including a new HRIS
- Support the payroll fortnightly
Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this position you will:
- Have min 3+ years HR operations experience
- Proven experience in a privately owned. standalone or SMB environment
- Strong exposure to Awards (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
