Our expanding, eco-conscious Gynecology clinic, specializing in Fibroids and Endometriosis, seeks a skilled, organized, and seasoned Medical Secretary. Full-Time Role: Approximately 24 Hours per Week
- Flexibility: Work from home available on certain days.
- Location: Conveniently located in Liverpool, with ample street parking.
- Tools Provided: Phone and computer for consulting days.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage theatre bookings and surgical billing using Gentu Medical Software.
- Handle various health funds and Medicare interactions.
- Oversee consulting sessions and manage the reception area with a calm, empathetic, and warm demeanor.
- End-of-month financial reporting and other ad-hoc administrative duties.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has at least 1-2 years of secretarial experience; Gynecology background preferred.
- Is experienced with medical software, ideally Gentu, and understands billing and AMA fees.
- Excels in customer service, both verbally and written.
- Is highly organized, punctual, and thrives on following established processes.
- Has a ‘can-do’ attitude, is a great team player, and loves being the gatekeeper for our surgeon.
