Work from home 2 days per week after the initial training period. $45 per hour super. The role: Be responsible for all construction billing, ensuring efficiency and accuracy for all customers and clients.
Collaborate with Project Managers and Sales teams to process invoices and implement contracts. Partner with the Accounts Payable team to resolve disputes regarding invoices and make appropriate adjustments. Assist the wider accounts team with month-end reconciliation as required.
Manage bank guarantees and liaise with stakeholders at all levels. Run reports and review monthly billings to identify discrepancies and minimise errors. Regularly review processes and policies to ensure efficiency.
The ideal candidate: Previous experience within a similar role, preferably within the construction industry. An intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel essential. Experience working within a large organisation is highly advantageous.
