Position: Billings and Revenue Officer

Salary: Up to $90,000 per annum, plus superannuation

About the Role:
As the Billings and Revenue Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing the billings and revenue process for the company. Your responsibilities will include verifying the billings process for 350 licenses, managing monthly variations, handling collections, and assisting with revenue recognition. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the billings and revenue process efficiently and accurately.
• Verify the billings process for 350 licenses, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Handle the varying nature of monthly billings and revenue, and effectively manage any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth collections processes.
• Assist in revenue recognition procedures, maintaining compliance with relevant accounting standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in billings, revenue management, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
