This Private Hospital operates a leading Interventional Cardiology business providing services to Public and Private Patients.
You will provide administrative team leadership and direction to the Hospital. The position is part of a management team that operates under general strategic direction, operational processes, budget and business direction set by the Board.
Experience in health care / hospital environment is a must. We are looking for a customer service super star to interact with all internal and external customers. The ability to enhance revenue for the Hospital is central to this role. Experience with Health Fund agreements and Medicare Benefits Schedule is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience in staff management with the ability to lead team performance to achieve service goals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate, delegate, consult and negotiate effectively with executives, senior managers, clinicians and internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven strong negotiation, problem solving, conflict resolution and delegation skills.
- Advanced skills in computer applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel
