We are seeking a driven and experienced Bistro Managers and Food and Beverage Managers who can join our management team with professionalism, diligence and pride.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing front of house and/or kitchen operations;
- Creating rosters/work schedules for team;
- Providing excellent customer service to our patrons, ensuring our patrons are taken care of and their complaints resolved in an effective and efficient manner;
- Ensuring kitchen and bar services are delivered smoothly;
- Monitoring inventories and arranging stock replenishments;
- Assisting with hiring and training staff;
- Monitoring the hygiene and safety of the kitchen, bar and bistro areas;
- Ensuring staff adhere to house policies and procedures including all OH&S standards;
- Liaising with Head Chef in regards to menu changes.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in management, hospitality or similar field
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team and independently
