Small Wine Bar Manager

Lady Lola Deli Bar Bistro is a local European Wine Bar/bistro located in the heart of Dunsborough, 3 hours south of Perth.

Our small team is energetic, innovative, passionate and works closely together to create a dynamic team culture.

We are currently seeking an experienced, wine savvy hospitality professional to join our team. You must have hospitality experience and currently live in the South West region of Western Australia.

Our operating days are Tuesday to Saturday afternoon /evenings. All public holidays off.

Responsibilities 

• Facilitate wine and food sales within the bistro
• Work well within a small team environment
• Manage staff and reservations
• Be willing to be an all rounder

Requirements

• Must be available to work a 5 day week that includes Friday & Saturday evenings.
• Must be able to work under pressure and stay calm
• Have an eye for attention to detail
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
• Approved manager (essential)
• Strong work ethic & desire to learn 
• Previous supervisor/manager experience
