About the role
We are seeking a Bone Mineral Densitometry Technician to join our Brisbane Region team on a full time basis.
The team in Brisbane work on a rotating roster at various practices and are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team.
About you
- Experienced in Bone Mineral Densitometry data collection or a willingness to learn and train in the field
- Qualifications in the form of a medical science degree or Nursing diploma
- Current Qld Radiation Use Licence or ability to apply
- Friendly, caring and compassionate nature with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Ability to support and educate patients and staff within the Unit to ensure quality evidence-based care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver a high level of patient care and customer service
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrated composure under pressure prioritising a commitment to service excellence
- Professional personal presentation
