About the role
The successful candidate would be responsible for system maintenance, service upgrades and repairs in Melbourne CBD and surrounding suburbs.

Reporting to the Service Manager, duties include:
- Provide a high level of technical support to customers and technical support teams to ensure outcomes exceed expectations.
- Perform planned, unplanned and preventative maintenance, and call-outs to client sites.
- Identify and implement efficiency strategies and opportunities within existing installations.
- Assist in business development to expand existing client base.
- Field point to point verification for new and existing sites.
- Documentation control and management.
- Available to undertake after-hours or weekend work when required.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience in a controls based commissioning and/or field Service role.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skill-base and attributes:
- Solid understanding of HVAC theory and principals.Min 3+ years industry experience.
- Experience in service and maintenance, minor works and installation.
- Instrumentation and calibration.
- Solid experience in technical fault finding and problem-solving.
- Experience with Tridium/Niagara AX and N4, Distech and Johnson Controls preferred.
- Ability to work both unsupervised and in a team environment.
- Effective time management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of ICT and Networking principals preferred.
- Australian citizen or hold a current Australian Work Visa.
- A-Grade Electrical Licence preferred but not mandatory.
