Bms Technician

We are seeking a BMS technician to join our dynamic workforce. If you're passionate about HVAC/BMS controls and thrive in a high-performing team, this opportunity is perfect for you!

Duties & Responsibilities

• Currently looking to employ both Service Technicians and Engineering/Commissioning Technicians
• Conduct service maintenance works and providing customers reports and solutions.
• Conduct BMS Site Commissioning (Including Low Voltage & Extra Low Voltage Electrical Commissioning)
• Routine Tasks associated with Current & Future BMS projects.
• Participate in all required Company training.
• Comply with all Control & Electric WHS Policies / Procedures.
• Able to work unsupervised and as a team member.

Skills & Experience

• Previous BMS/DDC software engineering skills is preferred, but not essential.
• Strong knowledge of building mechanical services.
• Competent PC skills are essential.
• Sound knowledge of Controls Fundamentals and HVAC Protocols.
• Understanding of IP related protocols, networking and communications.
• An electrical license or restricted electrical license is preferred, but not essential.
• Previous Siemens Apogee BMS software engineering experience preferred, but not essential.
