About the role ✅
As a vital member of BM Techniks, your responsibilities will encompass conducting service and repairs with a focus on independent work. Your duties will include:
- Servicing vehicles to manufacturers' requirements, identifying additional work through safety checks.
- Mechanical diagnosis and repairs.
- Electrical diagnosis and repairs, with expertise in advanced communication systems like CANBUS and Fiber networks.
- Working with BMW systems such as VANOS and Valvetronic.
- Engine rebuilding, covering advanced repairs like timing chains, belts, and bearing replacement.
- Cooling system repairs and maintenance.
- Dismantling and reassembling intricate mechanical systems and related components, requiring the ability to comprehend and learn new procedures effectively.

Knowledge, skills and qualifications ✅
To be considered for this position, we expect you to possess the following knowledge, skills and qualifications:
- Possession of Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology.
- BMW Certification or a minimum of 6 years of dedicated experience working on BMW or European-manufactured vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, components, and equipment.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Ability to demonstrate a high standard of work ethic.
