Expression of Interest: Board Director Vacancy
We are seeking expressions of interest to join our board as a non-executive director. We are looking for an individual who has skills/qualifications relevant to this role, and experience in Mental Health, Primary Health or Allied Health, such as personal lived experience, previous Board experience or executive leadership experience. You will be a person who understands the for-purpose environment, supports our vision and values, is committed to effective governance, maintaining quality performance standards and the overall success of the organisation.
Details:
- Six scheduled Board meetings per year
- Meetings are held in-person at one of our NSW or ACT hubs
- There are also Committee meetings, an AGM and an annual Board Strategy Day
- Directors are remunerated.
The term of appointment will be discussed with selected applicants.
The board is committed to diversity and building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives and skills. For this vacancy we especially seek applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
We welcome applications from people who identify as LGBTQI community and people with a disability. We also are keen for our non-executive directors to have strong local links with the communities in the NSW and ACT regions in which we service.
