Access theAbout the roleThe purpose of this role is to apply high level Social Work skills and knowledge in the assessment and delivery of care to consumers, their families and/or carers in a rehabilitation context, in order to promote, maintain and improve their health, functional ability and quality of life.About youYou will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following values within the context of the “Key Accountabilities”.
