Dandenong Ranges Steiner School (DRSS) is seeking expressions of interest from people with relevant skills to serve on its Board of Governors.

The school is seeking Board members with an active interest or involvement in Steiner education of at least two years and with demonstrated experience or expertise in accounting, finance or law.

This is a voluntary position and there is capacity for electronic attendance at Board meetings for those living outside Victoria. Travel expenses can be paid to attend meetings in person once per term.

Established in 1995 as a Kindergarten, and Primary School in 1999, DRSS employs a faculty of passionate and hard-working teachers to deliver a comprehensive Steiner educational program to 220+ students from Early Childhood to Class 6, plus a thriving Playgroup program.

Located in the foothills of the Dandenong Ranges, the school operates from two sites, the Early Childhood Campus in Menzies Creek and the Primary Campus adjacent to Cardinia Reservoir parklands, 48km east of Melbourne CBD. The school operates in architecturally designed classrooms set within bushland, creating an educationally stimulating and environmentally sustainable site.
