About this role:
Reporting to the Head of HR Services & Solutions, the HR Systems Specialist is responsible for the oversight and management of all HR technologies and related systems used across the subsidiary and will ensure systems meet performance, compliance, and employee experience expectations.
You will act as the primary system administrator and will engage collaboratively with the internal local and enterprise HR team, IT, Finance, and external vendors. The HR Systems Specialist will explore and make recommendations for systems optimization, improvements that drive efficiencies in work practices and system performance and contribute to enterprise technology solutions.
This position will also be responsible for HR related reporting, including the building and updating of relevant dashboards.
A little about your background:
- Previous experience in the management, administration and maintenance of HR and related technologies
- Demonstrated capability to identify, implement and optimize HR technologies
- Exposure and experience with HCM and Workday ideal
- Experience in managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to manage and measure work for continuous improvement
- Experience in providing user friendly advice and support to business stakeholders
- Have the ability to work in a large, multi-site and/or multi- national business structure
- Have a strong reporting background or the ability to generate system reports
