The Role:
Lindsay Transport has an opening for a qualified Boilermaker to join the team in Coffs Harbour
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Cut, bend, mould & shape metals to repair or fabricate parts.
- Fit & assembles metal components by welding, riveting, bolting.
- Repair refrigerated trailers and truck bodies.
- Finishes product by cleaning and polishing.
To be successful for this role applicant must have:
- Fabricating and/or welding certificates / trade qualification.
- Understanding and ability to interpret shop drawings.
- Previous experience in a similar role highly regarded.
- High level reasoning, problem solving and planning skills.
- Professional manner with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise competing objectives.
- Pass a company medical including drug and alcohol test.
- $2500.00 retention bonus paid on your anniversary.
