Our primary function is the collection and processing of scrap metal to supply both domestic and international industries that require end-of-life metals to produce new products.
What are we looking for?
We seek experienced Boilermakers / Welders to join our team in Mackay QLD. The successful applicant must be hands-on, self-motivated, flexible and able to prioritise with a focus on meeting all daily operational requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Fabricating & Welding
* Mig, Tig & Arc Welding
* Oxy Welding/ Cutting experience
* Experience in the use of powered Hand tools
* Production and Process Scrap Metal
* Compliance with all Health & Safety Policies & Procedures
* Working as part of our Team
* Assisting with the recycling process, planning and cutting of large metals
* PPE - Hi Vis gear, Steel Cap Boots
Requirements
* Previous Scrap Metal experience
* Positive and upbeat demeanour and a can-do attitude
* Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
* Drivers Licence
* Forklift Licence an advantage
