Is a construction company looking for a BOOK KEEPER in our Miami office
We are currently seeking an Admin / Book keeper.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage all aspects of the company book keeping - XERO
• Oversee data entry by external company
• Raise Purchase orders, Assist management and site supervisors with admin dutie.
• Coordinate inhouse project proceseses and comunicate with subcontractors and team managers.
Skills & Experience:
- Hold book keeping Certificate
- Proven experiance in Xero book keeping
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Suite
- Clear and articulate communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous construction experience is preferred but not essential
