Located in brand new, state-of-the-art facilities, Fabric Solutions is seeking a part-time Finance Officer to join the team in 2024. Based in Yatala with dedicated on-site parking, this role will suit those who live locally and would prefer not to commute to Brisbane. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for those seeking a work-life balance. We’re looking for someone who can work up to five days a week, for five hours a day, but you’ll have the opportunity to negotiate your working days and hours of work. An attractive pro-rata salary is on offer, commensurate with experience.
Reporting directly to the Management Accountant, you will have autonomy over your tasks, but will also be expected to be a team player and embrace direction and change.
- Accounts Payable – Data Entry, Reconciliations, Payments
- Accounts Receivable – Invoicing, Payment Receipt, Credit Account Management
- Weekly Payroll and HR Processes
- Credit Card Data Entry and Reconciliations

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Officer who is extremely competent in the use of MYOB and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. The business is currently implementing ERP and your prior use of ERP systems and ability to assist in implementation would be highly valued. The role requires meticulous attention to detail in financial tasks and a sound grasp of financial principles. You will also possess the following attributes:
