Bookkeeper

We are a family business based in Penrith. We require an experienced part-time (2-3 days) Bookkeeper for immediate start to join our team with a great team environment and flexible hours.

We are a small team and are looking for someone who is willing to jump in anywhere.

Duties:

• Accounts Payable
• Wages, superannuation
• All reconciliations
• BAS and PAYE preparation and lodgement
• Data entry
• Monthly reporting
• End of month processes
• Ad Hoc admin duties
• Year end processes

You need to be a hands on person with great problem solving ability along with attention to detail and be ready to hit the ground running.

• At least 10 years bookkeeping experience
• Experience with MYOB and payroll experience a must
• Experience with BAS preparation including PAYG and Superannuation payments
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Outlook and Excel
• Strong attention to detail, ability to problem solve and show initiative
• Great communication skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers and employees
• Ability to work independently and with a small team.
