We are a family business based in Penrith. We require an experienced part-time (2-3 days) Bookkeeper for immediate start to join our team with a great team environment and flexible hours.
We are a small team and are looking for someone who is willing to jump in anywhere.
Duties:
- Accounts Payable
- Wages, superannuation
- All reconciliations
- BAS and PAYE preparation and lodgement
- Data entry
- Monthly reporting
- End of month processes
- Ad Hoc admin duties
- Year end processes
You need to be a hands on person with great problem solving ability along with attention to detail and be ready to hit the ground running.
- At least 10 years bookkeeping experience
- Experience with MYOB and payroll experience a must
- Experience with BAS preparation including PAYG and Superannuation payments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Outlook and Excel
- Strong attention to detail, ability to problem solve and show initiative
- Great communication skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers and employees
- Ability to work independently and with a small team.
