Due to Internal and External growth of our clients we are Seeking a Senior Bookkeeper/Accountant for 3 - 5 days a week as an Employee or Contractor if required.
The job will have a split initially of 3-4 days onsite doing bookkeeping directly for clients and the remaining time mixture of from home and at our Mornington office doing Tax accounting, Management accounting, System building, Training and Compliance. The work can be split between applicants so if you only 3 days available do not be discouraged from applying.
Qualification & Experience
Advanced Excel skills and experience in the Xero ecosystem essential
Experience with Aroflo, Simpro or other construction industry job management software an advantage
Knowledge of GST, P&L, Balance Sheets and Debit/Credits
Strong organisation and planning skills, with a high degree of integrity and a dedicated work ethic
Great communication skills and ability to work well in a variety of environments
The ability to mange offshore resources to maxamise value for clients
High attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines
