Bookkeeper / Accounts Manager

 Experienced Bookkeeper/Office Administrator

• Minimum 2- 3  years experience in Accounts / Bookkeeping 

Cert IV Book keeping or Equivalent Required

Permanent part time, may lead to full time if required.

• 2-3 Days a week to start ....working up to 5 Days per week within 12 months as the company expands and if applicant is seeking extra hours.
• Or Fulltime for a dual role in the company depending on experience

A family-based business with well-established trade outlets and manufacturing servicing south/eastern suburbs & country regional areas is seeking a highly motivated, passionate, trustworthy and experienced Bookkeeper/Office Administrator for a permanent role.

The suitable candidate must possess the following skills

• Multi-company book-keeping management of 3 companies: manufacturer and retail outlets
• All accounting functions to profit & loss
• Maintenance of balance sheet
• Daily cash flows
• Inter company transactions
• Manage creditors
• Manage debtors
• All creditor payments
• Credit card reconciliations
• Cash book reconciliations
• General ledger reconciliations
• ATO - PAYG & BAS preparation and Lodgement
• All year end accounting
• Payroll: approx 10-15 personnel
• Payroll tax
• Superannuation
• Workcover
• Sound Knowledge of GST essential
• Experience in MYOB a MUST 
• Oversee Stock Control
• Reconciliation of all Cash & EFT Sales taken daily
• Overstanding of POS system and integrations a bonus.

Salary : Start Rate Approx $35 per hour $40 per hour dependent on experience.
