We are pleased to announce a new opening for an experienced Bookkeeper / Administration person to join our dynamic team.
Selection Criteria:
- Be proficient in at least one of the following software programs - MYOB, Xero or QBO
- Confident knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Payroll experience and knowledge
- A collaborative approach to teamwork and office procedures
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Able to show attention to detail with grammar, both written and oral
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Have strong personal values with a friendly and welcoming nature
- Professional presentation
- Willingness to learn
Bookkeeping Duties will include but not limited to:
- Invoicing / Accounts Receivable and Reconciliations
- Payroll processing and other payroll matters
- Preparation of Business Activity Statements and Instalment Activity Statements
- Use of legislative portals such as ATO
- Client specific logistics and administration support
- Assisting with client queries
- Administration support to Director and Accountants
This is a full time position.
